You can unlock your commission when your deal becomes firm.

We charge a discounted fee for agents using the myAbode platform. The amount varies depending on how much of an advance you are requesting and the length of time before the closing.

Repayment is automatically handled upon closing. Your brokerage will remit your advanced commission directly to us, so there's nothing left for you to do!

Notify your brokerage and us immediately so we can prepare an amendment to your advance (subject to fees).
